YA32 series four post hydraulic pressure molding machine
This machine has greater generality, is mainly used in hot-setting plastics, such as compression moulding for rubber, bakelite products, forming compression for artificial resin and other fusible plastic hot-setting products, powder metallurgy, etc. elsewhere in extruding, bending, hemming and punching the plastic material.
main characteristic
adopting four posts of directions, having very accurate precision of compression.
Having the control function of click, manual and semi-automatic (time auto-moulding, products auto-exerting), it is convenient and reliable to operate.
The hydraulic pressure system adopts defined and variable axial post-stuffed pump, having excellent energy-saving effect.
The electrical control case of this machine can also adopt Siemens 'LOGO! logic device' to control circuit, suitable for compression moulding of hot-setting products with complicated compression craft (such as multi-ventilate, compress needed), compression moulding of hot-setting products ( such as commutators).
